Paper Mill has not built a water treatment plant. Experts say this is unthinkable for an installation with an A integrated environmental permit. Initially the plant started working with a methane boiler, when the air pollution was minimal. In 2019, Paper Mill switched to burning pellets, causing enormous pollution in the city of Kochani.
